Taking trash cans from your doorstep to the curb on the eve of trash day and returning them after pickup.Optionally, bin cleaning services for an additional charge.Available service plans: Standard, Premium, and Custom for multiple homes (see pricing for details).

2. Sign-Up and Service Activation

To begin receiving services, you must:

Complete the online sign-up process on our website. Select a service plan and provide necessary details such as your address, preferred service days, and payment information.For new customers, we offer a 1-week free trial. After the trial period, you will be charged according to your selected plan unless canceled.

3. Free Trial

The 1-week free trial is available to first-time customers only. At the end of the trial period, unless canceled, your service will automatically transition to a paid subscription.

4. Payment Terms

All services are billed monthly based on the plan selected.Payments are automatically charged on the first day of each billing cycle.Payment must be made through the payment method provided at sign-up. If payment is not successfully processed, service will be paused until the payment is resolved. Cancellation may be done at any time, and the cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

5. Customer Responsibilities

Ensure trash cans are at the designated pickup location and accessible to our team. Keep your trash cans in good working condition.Provide accurate service information, including valid contact details and addresses. If a scheduled pickup is missed due to unavailability or improper placement of trash cans, Texas Trash Can Valet is not responsible for missed service.

6. Service Interruptions

While we strive to provide timely service, interruptions may occur due to inclement weather, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances. We will make every effort to notify customers of any delays or schedule changes.

7. Cancellation and Refund Policy

You may cancel your service at any time. If you cancel after the free trial, no refunds will be provided for any services already rendered during the current billing cycle. To cancel, log into your account and follow the cancellation instructions or contact customer support.

8. Privacy and Data Use

Your personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy (which can be viewed on our website). Texas Trash Can Valet handles the heavy lifting and dirty work of trash collection. However, customers are responsible for keeping their bins in a hygienic state. Our team is trained to handle your trash bins in a safe and sanitary manner.

Texas Trash Can Valet is not liable for any damage to your trash cans unless caused directly by our team during service. We are not responsible for any damages to property or loss of service caused by failure to follow service instructions or access restrictions.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Texas Trash Can Valet harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or legal actions arising from your use of our services or failure to comply with these Terms.

12. Modification of Terms
